Urology
Urology is the surgical specialty that is devoted to the study, diagnosis and management of diseases of the female and male urinary tract and the male reproductive system. At Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, our division focuses on all aspects of urologic cancer care with a particular focus in prostate cancer, neurologic conditions of the urinary tract, cancer survivorship treatment for urologic problems, male and female voiding dysfunction (including urinary incontinence), male and female lower urinary tract reconstruction (including urethral structures and other genital diseases) and urologic trauma care.
Our division is also very active in urologic research that enhances all aspects of patient care at Sunnybrook.
