  • Finding the meaning behind the behaviour and responding to that message can help us be more accepting of the behaviour and help us handle it in a different way

Key Speaker:

Susan Greenwood RN, BSc(N), MN, GNC(C). Nursing Consultant for Murray Ralston Professional Corporation. Susan has been a registered nurse for over 30 years working in acute care & community settings and caring for residents with dementia within a specialized long term care setting. Most recently, she has just retired as an Advanced Practice Nurse on several dementia care units in the Veterans Centre.
