Our services

For over 30 years, the Working Condition Program has been a partner in rehabilitation and disability management, working with employers, insurers, lawyers and disability case managers. Our customers include the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), City of Toronto, Manulife Financial and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Offering access to experienced and skilled medical and allied health professionals, we provide you with the answers you need to minimize the impact of injury and illness, enabling the recovery, return to function and work of those who have been injured. Our breadth of experience in working with various customers allows us to understand the unique needs of our customers.

Our services include:

  • Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs)
  • Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAEs)
  • Physical/Job Demands Analyses (PDAs and JDAs)
  • Ergonomic Assessments
  • Pre- and Post-Offer Employment Testing
  • Pain Management including medical review/management and image-guided injections
  • Transit Assessment
  • Treatment programs including psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, work conditioning and cognitive behavioural therapy
  • Education on wellness and injury prevention, including group education and ‘lunch and learn’ sessions
