Daily schedule


Below is the daily schedule for the Youth Inpatient Program:

7:30 a.m. Breakfast
8:30 a.m. Morning activity with the Child Youth Worker
9:00 a.m. School program with the Teacher, Child Youth Worker and other staff
12:00 p.m. Lunch & free time
1:00 p.m. School program with the Teacher, Child Youth Worker and other staff
3:00 p.m. Afternoon activity &/or free time
4:00 p.m. Visiting hours begin
5:00 p.m. Dinner & free time
6:00 p.m. Evening activity &/or free time
8:30 p.m. Visiting hours end
11:00 p.m. Bedtime/lights out



Your nurse will be administering your medications at specific times during the day (usually at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime). You are expected to learn when you are supposed to take your medications and ask your nurse for medication at the appropriate times.

On weekends and holidays, there is a more informal schedule. You will usually be woken up by 9 a.m. Nurses will usually lead activities and programs during part of the day.

Visiting hours are from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
