Thursday, October 23, 2025 A one-stop shop for seniors’ care: Sunnybrook marks the opening of the Peter Cipriano Centre for Seniors Health Today, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre held a ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Peter Cipriano Centre for Seniors Health. The new centre is made possible thanks to generous donor support, including a visionary $10-million lead gift from Peter Cipriano, founder and principal of Gold Park Homes and philanthropist, whose commitment has inspired many others to donate.

Monday, October 20, 2025 A new era of PYNK: Reflecting on its success and the road ahead In 2004, Dr. Ellen Warner attended a conference that opened her eyes to the unique needs of young women diagnosed with breast cancer. As a result, Dr. Warner created and became the inaugural director of PYNK: Young Women with Breast Cancer (PYNK) at Sunnybrook’s Odette Cancer Centre, a first of its kind program in Canada to support the physical, mental, research and educational needs of women under 40 with breast cancer.
