Congratulations to the winners of the fourteenth annual Bertin Awards for Excellence in Customer Service.

Named in honour of former Board of Directors member Paul Bertin for his significant contribution and years of service, the Bertin Awards provide us the opportunity to recognize and celebrate exceptional non-clinical staff who continually go above and beyond their usual role to exemplify the values of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
