Sunnybrook takes matters of sexual harassment, abuse, and assault seriously. The allegations submitted in the Statement of Claim are highly concerning. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure our staff, physicians, volunteers, learners, and patients, work and are cared for in a safe and respectful environment. We will review our procedures to ensure they are and remain effective.

The Hospital is not able to comment on specifics as this case is before the courts; however, we can confirm that Dr. Benjamin Glover is no longer affiliated with Sunnybrook.
