Supreme Court ruling
Sunnybrook and our clinical teams are currently reviewing the Supreme Court of Canada's judgment in the case involving Drs. Brian Cuthbertson and Gordon Rubenfeld and our patient, Mr. Hassan Rasouli. Once we have an opportunity to read through the decision and speak with legal counsel for the physicians, we will provide an update on the hospital's understanding of the ruling.
