Ambulatory care conference seeks abstracts

The Canadian Association of Ambulatory Care Conference in partnership with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Women's College Hospital is pleased to co-host the 2nd Annual Canadian Ambulatory Care Conference.

This year's theme is "Ambulatory Care: The need for alternatives to hospital-based treatments."

The conference will be held on September 13 - 14, 2013 at the Delta Toronto East Hotel in Toronto. Health care professionals are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract of their work as it relates to ambulatory innovation or transforming ambulatory care.
