Sunny Orange Shake
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) lower-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp (25 ml) skim milk powder
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
Preparation:
In a blender, combine yogurt, skim-milk powder and orange juice; blend until smooth.
