Sunny Orange Shake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) lower-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (25 ml) skim milk powder
  • 1⁄2 cup orange juice

Preparation:

In a blender, combine yogurt, skim-milk powder and orange juice; blend until smooth.
