Older adults do their best thinking in the fall, study suggests

Dr. Andrew Lim is the lead investigator of a recent study published in the journal PLOS Medicine. His study found that an older adult's ability to think and concentrate — their cognition — is better in the fall compared to the spring. The difference is equivalent to almost four years of aging.
