Cyclotron coming to Sunnybrook

Sunnybrook is poised to create a cyclotron facility, which will allow us to provide better service to patients and create new technology.

A cyclotron is a machine that creates molecules that are used in a positron emission tomography (PET) scan. This scan enables us to see illnesses like cancer and heart disease, and it helps us better diagnose and develop a care path for patients.
