Epidural

Walking Epidural

This is a form of pain relief often used for women in labour. There are two types of walking epidurals: standard epidural and combined spinal-epidurals. Each has specific benefits, depending on the type of labour you are having. If you wish to have a walking epidural, your anesthesiologist will discuss which type is most appropriate for you.
