Sunnybrook opening new CONNECT Clinic space in B-Wing

On March 25 & 31, 2025, several new and existing clinics will open in a consolidated outpatient space in B1-11 of the Bayview campus called the CONNECT Clinic.

The CONNECT Clinic combines new and existing clinics from the Integrated Community Program and Schulich Heart Program to provide integrated care in a multidisciplinary outpatient space.

The new space will help expand clinics currently in inadequate space and provide space for new clinics that are strategically aligned and/or meet a clinical need.

The B1-11 clinic will see approximately 14,200 patients annually, of which 8,000 will be new visits.

The following clinics will be located in B-Wing, 1st Floor:

Drug Allergy Clinic

  • B1-11 opening date – March 25, 2025
  • Current location prior to B1-11 opening – K-Wing, 3rd floor

Heart Function Clinic

  • B1-11 opening date – March 31, 2025
  • Current location prior to B1-11 opening - A-Wing, 2nd floor, room A216

RADAR Clinic

  • B1-11 opening date – March 31, 2025
  • Current location prior to B1-11 opening – H-Wing, 1st floor, room H-158

General Hematology

  • B1-11 opening date – March 31, 2025

Bridging Care Clinic

  • B1-11 opening date – March 31, 2025

Post-Op Medical Clinic

  • B1-11 opening date – March 31, 2025

Patients with appointments prior to the B1-11 opening dates can proceed to the current clinic locations at Bayview campus.

Patient experience
