When the office is closed, there is always a resident and staff doctor on telephone call. If you are in a situation where you are uncertain what to do, call your regular doctor’s office number 24 hours a day and let the answering service know that you wish to speak to the family practice doctor on-call. They will page the resident who will call you back (usually within a ½ hour) and will be able to discuss your concerns with you and arrange appropriate follow up.
Please be aware that we also try to limit routine appointments over the holidays in order to leave slots open for urgent issues that tend to arise at this time of year. Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy holiday season!
