Reminder for family practice patients: no drop-ins, please

For various reasons in the past we have strongly discouraged patients from "dropping in" to the family practice unit. It significantly impacts patient and clinic flow, and it is disrespectful to those patients who have called ahead to book an appointment. At this time of heightened concern around coronavirus (COVID-19), we wish to remind our patients about this important request.

Patients of the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team:

Please do not drop in to see the nurse or doctor for any reason, including prescription renewals, bloodwork, ear syringing or vaccines, etc.

We respectfully request you call ahead to book an appointment either with the nurse or doctor.
