One Night Live™ tickets going fast – new block of tickets on sale

in less than seven weeks a lineup of four leading international musicians – Bryan Adams, Josh Groban, Sarah McLachlan, Jann Arden and special guest RyanDan will perform at One Night Live™, a first-of-its-kind fundraising event in support of the Women & Babies Program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

The public’s support of One Night Live™ has been astounding, and to accommodate the overwhelming demand for tickets a new block of great seats were released today.

One Night Live™ will take place at the Air Canada Centre on February 28, 2008. Tickets can be purchased at www.onenightlive.ca or through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or 416-870-8000. The concert will benefit the construction of Sunnybrook’s two new floors for births, high-risk pregnancies and critically-ill newborns.

The construction project, now in full swing at Sunnybrook’s Bayview Avenue Campus, will be ready to care for women and babies in 2010. Designed with input from women and their families, as well as their caregivers, the expansion will accommodate 4,250 annual births and house a leading-edge neonatal intensive care unit that will care for one in every five babies born in Ontario who weigh less than three pounds.
