The Bay Street Grand Prix, gala dinner and after-party are being hosted by philanthropists Andrew and Cathy DeFrancesco. The Women & Babies Program at Sunnybrook holds a special place in the their hearts; their son Devlin was born 15 weeks premature, weighing just one pound, and was cared for in the neonatal intensive care unit for four months. Now 12, Devlin is a healthy young man and North American go-kart racing champion, setting his sights on Europe. The Bay Street Grand Prix is inspired by Andrew and Devlin's shared love of go-kart, Formula One and IndyCar racing.

"We wanted to give back to the Women & Babies Program because of everything its team has done for our family," said Andrew DeFrancesco. "We're thrilled Mia Martina and Flo Rida are closing out our big day. They couldn't be more enthusiastic for the event and for this wonderful program that changes the lives of so many people."

Hosted by Honda Indy Toronto, the Bay Street Grand Prix will be held July 5 on an ASN Canada FIA sanctioned track at Exhibition Place.
