Dr. Jeffrey Pang is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is also an interventional cardiologist working at the Schulich Heart Centre at Sunnybrook, where he is the medical director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) and the director of postgraduate training in the division of cardiology.
Dr. Pang graduated from medical school at the University of Ottawa in 1994. He completed his postgraduate training in internal medicine and cardiology at McMaster University. He completed a two-year fellowship program in interventional cardiology at the University of Toronto. He graduated from the Master Teacher Program in the department of medicine at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Pang’s educational objective includes cardiology curriculum development for the postgraduate trainees. He remains active in clinical research in general cardiology and interventional cardiology. He is both a principal investigator and co-investigator in a number of completed and ongoing clinical trials.
