Medicine care team

Dr. Lori Shapiro received her Doctor of Medicine in 1998 from the University of Manitoba. She received her Fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1993 in Internal Medicine at the University of Manitoba and in 1995 she because a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Dermatology and received a Resident Teaching Award from Dalhousie University. In 1997 Lori became a Fellow of the Royal college of Physician and Surgeons in Clinical Pharmacy with the University of Toronto and that same year won a Resident Research Award with the Division of Clinical Pharmacology.

Lori is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, Department of Medicine and on staff at the Drug Safety Clinic and the Division of Dermatology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

In 2009 she founded the Thornhill Dermatology Centre.
