Board of directors
Sister Anne is a Life Professed Sister of the Sisterhood of St. John the Divine. Her role in the Sisterhood is as Finance Assistant in the Finance Office of the Sisterhood.
Sr. Anne has served as a Spiritual Care provider at St. John’s Rehab from 1999 – 2000; 2009 and 2012-2013. In 2010 Sr. Anne was appointed to serve on the Foundation Board of Directors of St. John’s Rehab and was a member of the Finance Committee of the Board.
Prior to entering the Sisterhood in 1994, Sr. Anne worked as a private music teacher and musician. She has worked as a violinist for the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony, the Thunder Bay Symphony, the Windsor Symphony and the Georgian Bay Symphony in Own Sound, Ontario.
Sr. Anne also served as a Volunteer as an On-Call Chaplain for the Kitchener-Waterloo General Hospital, the Brantford General Hospital and the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound which included work as a Duty Chaplain.
Sr. Anne holds a Master of Divinity degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo and a Bachelor of Music Education from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Sister Anne joined the Board of Directors of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on June 13, 2016. She serves as a Director on the Common Education & Human Resources Committee of the Board.
