Dr. Sharon Domb, MD, CCFP, FCFP has been a family physician at Sunnybrook for over 25 years and is currently the Physician IT Lead in the Family Practice Unit as well as the Managing Partner of the Sunnybrook Family Practice Partnership. She previously served as Division Head of the Family Practice Unit for 20 years. She is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Her academic interests include adoption of technology into clinical practice and primary care obstetrics. She has extensive experience and expertise in EMR implementation, and is a Peer Leader with OntarioMD, through which she advises colleagues on EMR best practices and advanced use.
