The Centre for Flow Cytometry and Microscopy at Sunnybrook Research Institute (SRI) houses two BD multilaser, multiapplication, digital, high-velocity cell sorters.
The flow cytometry facility offers the following services:
- cell sorting
- cell analysis
- scanning microscope imaging
- user training for the analyzers and scanning scopes
Work is performed on a fee-for-service basis, and is available to internal and external users.
