Mindfulness Skills Program

When: Wednesday, February 5, 2020 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

At this 4-week workshop you will learn how mindfulness can help you to cope better with stress, anxiety and low mood by focusing your attention on the present moment. Participants should plan to attend all four sessions.

Workshop dates: 

  • February 5, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • February 12, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • February 19, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
