Hope + Me is offering free, online group peer support sessions to family members and those helping a loved one living with a mental health challenge, who has received or continues to receive support from Hope + Me and Sunnybrook’s Department of Psychiatry or Family Navigation Project.
The Family Member and Support Group is a free, online group session lead by trained peer supporters with lived experience.
Participants must have access to secure internet and a computer or smartphone. For privacy reasons, please join from a safe and secure personal space.
