Mindfulness Skills Program

When: Wednesday, October 6, 2021 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Where: Zoom - Online,

At this 4-week workshop you will learn how mindfulness can help you to cope better with stress, anxiety and low mood by focusing your attention on the present moment. Participants should plan to attend all four sessions. This program is open to Sunnybrook Family Health Team patients as well as patients in the Sunnybrook community.

  • Wednesdays: October 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2021
  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
