Are you at risk for developing Type 2 diabetes? Have you been diagnosed with prediabetes? Join us for a 2 part program to learn more about healthy eating and lifestyle adjustment to help reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Dates: Thursday January 12 and Thursday January 19, 2023
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (each session)

Who Can Attend: Anyone who has prediabetes or is at risk for developing diabetes
