Urologic/surgical oncology referrals

Our goal is for you or your patient to have a consultation within a Urologic Oncologist within 2 weeks of referral. More urgent referrals can be assessed sooner by contacting our offices. Fax referrals to Drs. Robert Nam or Laurence Klotz at 416-480-6121.

Radiation oncology referrals

Our goal is for you or your patient to have a consultation with a subspecialized Radiation Oncologist within 2 weeks of referral. Fax referrals to the New Patient Office at 416-480-6179. If you have questions please call 416-480-4205.

Rapid response radiotherapy/pain management clinic referrals

Our goal is for you or your patient to have a consultation with our dedicated Rapid Response Radiotherapy Program within 2 weeks of referral. Medical oncology referrals
