A free drop-in service for you to meet with Clinical Nutrition staff that can review your diet and answer any questions or concerns about nutrition before, during, and after treatment.

Free nutrition workshops include Healthy Eating During Treatment.

Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre
Location: Oshawa, Ontario
Free services include peer support, support groups, online communities, and a cancer information telephone line.

Meals on Wheels
Location(s): Available in many communities across Ontario
Meal delivery service for seniors, people living with disabilities, and people suffering from illnesses and recovering from surgeries.

Location: Toronto General Hospital
Free cooking workshop on the third Thursday of every month. No registration necessary.
