Reactivation Care Centre (RCC)

Sunnybrook's Reactivation Care Centre site is located at 200 Church Street (Jane and the 401) on the third floor.

Please note: There is no emergency department at our RCC site. Sunnybrook's emergency department is located at our Bayview Campus at 2075 Bayview Avenue. In case of emergency, call 911.

Directions

TTC

The Toronto Transit Commission has several buses a short walk from the centre, including the 59 Maple Leaf and 35 Jane buses. The closest subway station is Lawrence West.

Driving

We are situated between Church and Jane Streets, north of Lawrence Avenue, and just south of the 401. 

Parking

There is a large parking lot on-site at the Reactivation Care Centre. Parking rates at this site are $5 a day.
