Set in place an infrastructure to support robust monitoring, measuring and reporting on results

We are elevating the learner experience and culture through measurement.

Part of what we will do is create dashboards that are responsive to changing data and visible to the entire organization. Through this process, the real time updates and feedback enable informed conversations between students and educators. This means that recognition of opportunities and course corrections can be managed immediately.

As an example, we have the data and intel to recognize teachers when they are feeling burnout or disconnect. Or it can also mean we have the data to recognize
superstars and celebrate their achievements.

Creating dashboards that are responsive to changing data and visible to the entire organization

The Toronto Academic Health Science Network Education Committee (TAHSNe) supported the development of the standardized learner experience survey to enable the collection and reporting of learner experience data across TAHSN. Targets are based on the previous year’s TAHSN average and responses are based on percentage favorable. Note, the survey is conducted from July to June each year. Due to covid, no survey was done July 2019 to June 2020.

Learner Experience Survey:
