Morton’s Neuroma

Treatment

If you suspect that you have Morton’s neuroma, a diagnosis should be made by a doctor.

There are many options that exist when it comes to treating these conditions, such as:

  • Wearing flat or lower heeled shoes (less than 1”), shoes that are wide enough in the forefoot, and have a toe box shape matching your foot shape.
  • Your doctor may prescribe anti-inflammatory pills to help reduce the inflammation in the foot.
  • Custom-made foot orthotics help in maintaining the normal alignment of the bones and joints in the foot, which may help to reduce pressure on the forefoot.
