Go Behind the Scenes of Sunnybrook's ED and Trauma Unit

Sunnybrook’s Emergency Department and Regional Trauma Centre will be officially opening Phase 1 of its new building at the end of the month and this event is an opportunity for you to see the new space before it is open for patients.

The new space will be larger but will have the same patient capacity as the old space until the new department is entirely complete. As this new space opens, the old (existing) ED will be closed and renovated. This Phase 1 opening represents a significant milestone in the construction project which is still on track for total completion by the end of the calendar year.
