Call for health-care education research abstracts
Calling all those involved in health-care education research and scholarship initiatives:
You are invited to submit an online Abstract to showcase your work at the 3rd Annual Sunnybrook Education Conference: Technology-Enhanced Learning on Friday, October 17, 2014 from 8 am – 5 pm at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (Registration info here.)
Please note: While the conference will focus on Technology-Enhanced Learning, Abstracts are not required to fit this theme.
Abstract submission is now closed.
Results will be communicated by Friday, August 29, 2014
Abstracts related to all aspects of health-care education research and scholarship including patient and family education, learner education, staff professional development, international education, faculty development, learning technology, simulation, interprofessional education or other healthcare education activities are invited for submission.

Please note that names (including order), title and Abstract will appear on the website and in the program as submitted.
Contact Person: The person submitting the abstract; contact information will be collected
Title: Provide the full title of the presentation (Poster or Podium)
Format: Select whether you are submitting for a Podium or Poster presentation
Authors: Enter any additional authors, selecting one author as the “Presenter”
Abstract Summary: Provide a summary of the Research or Project/Initiative (maximum 300 words)
Research: Submission Headings (Introduction, Purpose, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion)
Project/Initiative: Submission Headings (Background, Process, Benefits/Challenges, Impact on Practice/Patient Care/Quality of Care)
Program(s): Please provide the program that is affiliated with your Research/Project/Initiative Abstract
Confirm: Please confirm all your information is correct before submitting

To take advantage of a reduced cost, presenters must register and pay the registration fee for the conference by Friday, September 5, 2014. Registration details soon.
