It's time once again to have your say
Long Term Care Resident & Family Satisfaction Surveys 2013
Residents will be interviewed by representatives from the National Research Corporation Canada (NRCC) to assess your satisfaction with the care you receive and the services provided in the Veterans Centre.
The interviewers will begin their visits to the units on Monday, November 25, 2013 and interviews will continue for approximately 10 days.
One family member/significant other per resident will also receive a confidential survey in the mail that will ask for your assessment of the care and services provided to your family member in the Veterans Centre.
Please look for this in the mail mid-December 2013.
Survey results will be posted on the Veterans Centre website and on the patient care units in the new year.
