New arrivals

We are pleased to announce new arrivals to the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team.

SAFHT Occupational Therapist, Katelyn Jutzi, and her husband welcomed a baby boy on Thursday, April 4. Katelyn is currently on a 1-year maternity leave and we are delighted that the Occupational Therapist, Erin Elfassy, has returned to the SAFHT to cover Katelyn’s leave.
