Introducing the Patient and Family Advisory Council

We are pleased to announce that the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team has established a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). The new members have received an orientation and have had a chance to get to know each other.

In the first few meetings, the members will work to establish terms of reference for the new council and then start setting priorities. We will keep you posted on new developments.
