The most important women’s health event of the year, the Women’s Health Matters Forum and Expo, promises to give women of all ages reliable information from leading experts and professionals. This year is no exception.

From nutrition and diabetes to HIV/AIDS to new developments in osteoporosis and a powerful drama on dementia, the Forum and Expo undertakes a variety of current and ongoing topics that affect women and their health.  This year also features two outstanding HIV/AIDS photo exhibits: “AIDS: Picture Change” and “Giving Women Power Over AIDS”.

As a presenting sponsor of the Women’s Health Matters Forum and Expo each year since 1997, General Motors of Canada continues to regard the event as a “must attend” occasion for all women.  “GM Canada is a proud sponsor of the Women’s Health Matters Forum & Expo because it brings awareness to some very serious health issues that women face in this country and all over the world,” says Michael Grimaldi, President of General Motors of Canada Limited. “We believe that supporting such initiatives is important as we work to improve the quality of life of both our employees and customers”.

Celebrating its tenth year, Women’s Health Matters Forum and Expo is a two-day interactive consumer and health provider event for women and men of all ages. The event provides current facts, fresh perspectives and new information on hot issues in the ever-changing women’s health environment.  There will be more than 50 presentations by top health professionals and
medical experts.  In addition, the Expo offers 200 exhibits featuring products, services and information about women’s health.
