Patients have better outcomes in hospitals with higher ratio of female surgical teams
Care in hospitals with greater than 35% female anesthesiologist and surgeon teams was associated with a 3% reduction in the odds of postoperative complications in the three months following surgery, according to researchers at ICES, Sunnybrook Research Institute, and the University of Toronto.

AI in Action: Locating brain bleeds faster
