Dr. Piero Tartaro graduated from the University of Toronto medical school in 2003 and completed his Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology residency at the University of Western Ontario. He joined the Division of Gastroenterology as a Clinical Associate in 2011 and subsequently as a Clinician -Teacher in 2013. He is Lecturer at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Tartaro completed a Masters of Science in Community Health at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health in 2012 with a focus on Health Practitioner Teacher Education. His academic and research interests are related to medical education.
