Research summary:
Dr. Tseng has extensive interests in the application of novel technologies for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) and genitourinary (GU) cancers. He is interested in image-guided, stereotactic radiotherapy of the spine, brain and GU neoplasms using conventional linear accelerators and Gamma Knife technology. In particular, he is investigating the neurocognitive impacts of brain irradiation in patients with multiple brain metastases. Given his technical background and training, he is involved in MR-guided radiotherapy/MR-Linac research, and its clinical applications including imaging-based biomarkers and individualized adaptive radiation.
