David Ossip

David Ossip, Chairman and CEO of Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. (NYSE:CDAY; TSX: CDAY), is a transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful Human Capital Management (HCM) technology companies.

He is the driving force behind the innovation, vision and leadership at Ceridian, a global HCM company committed to delivering quantifiable value to its customers and great experiences for their employees.

Dayforce, Ceridian’s Intelligent HCM platform, has grown at an annual compounded rate of more than 50 percent since 2012, and Ceridian now serves more than 4,480 customers around the world. In 2018, Ceridian went public and its stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.

David is the recipient of many awards for his leadership, including the Ernst and Young Award for Entrepreneur of the Year, Ernst and Young National Special Citation for Technology Innovation, Canada’s Top 40 under 40, Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership, Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs, and Arthur Kroeger College Award for Management. David joined the Board of Directors of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on June 8, 2020. David serves as a Director on the Common Research & Development Committee of the Board, the Sunnybrook Research Institute Board of Directors and the Sunnybrook Research Academy Board of Directors.
