Trial description:
The purpose of this study is to assess efficacy, patient reported outcomes and quality-of-life, and to collect data to inform future studies in early stage prostate cancer patients treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT). Patients participating will be asked to complete questionnaires following SBRT treatment for prostate cancer at various time points following treatment.
Inclusion Criteria: • Patients diagnosed with early stage prostate cancer who choose SBRT as their treatment option instead of conventional external beam radiotherapy or brachytherapy, and consent to participation in this Registry.
