Patient Accounts
Do you have a bill to settle with patient accounts?

There are a few situations in which patients are charged for products or services that are not covered by OHIP or other insurance. If there are extra costs, the hospital will keep track of the charges and bill you the day you go home.
Some examples include (but are not limited to):
- Preferred accommodation (such as private, semi private rooms)
- Ambulance co-payment
- Telephone usage
- Patient education packages
- Post-partum packages
- Medical devices (such as crutches, splints, etc.)
- The cost of cosmetic and other surgeries not covered by OHIP
Payments may be made in person from Monday to Friday at one of the following Toronto locations:
Holland Campus, 2nd floor
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
