Critical care medicine is for patients who either have, or are at high risk of developing, a life-threatening disease or injury, or those who have had major surgical procedures.

Our care units & clinic:

  • CrCU: for trauma, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, medical and/or surgical problems
  • CVICU: for cardiac surgery, vascular surgery or after treatment for heart attack
  • D4ICU: for medical, surgical or stroke care
  • B5ICU: for orthopaedics, plastics, neurosurgery and trauma patients
