Cystoscopy

The Cystoscopy Clinic provides outpatient genitourinary care to patients from the Division of Urology. The team comprises of Urologists and a specialized multidisciplinary Cystoscopy Care Team.

• Bladder cancer treatments
• Urinary retention treatments
• Urinary incontinence treatments
• Bladder catheterizations and maintenance

About Your Appointment at the Cystoscopy Clinic

1. Please arrive on time.
2. We understand that situations can happen and you might be late or need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, please use the following steps:
   1. If you feel sick or develop any symptoms of COVID-19, please call the Cystoscopy clinic at 416-480-6100 ex 4024 to reschedule your appointment.
   2. If you cannot attend the appointment for any reasons other than sickness, please call the Cystoscopy clinic at 416-480-6100 ex 4024 at least 24 hours before your appointment time to reschedule.
   3. If you are running late, please call the Cystoscopy clinic (416-480-6100 ex 4024) to let us know. We will tell you if the clinic will be able to still see you on the same day as our clinic is usually fulling booked. If the clinic is not able to see you, then your appointment will be rescheduled.
   4. If you arrive more than 30 minutes later than your scheduled appointment without phoning the cystoscopy clinic to tell them you will be late, your appointment will be cancelled. Please call the clinic to reschedule.
