Who we help
The Family Navigation Project (FNP) is easy to access by phone or email and is available to:
- Youth and families living in the Greater Toronto Area (Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto and York)
- Young people, aged 11 to 29 years old, with a mental health and/or addiction challenge
- Concerned family members seeking help for a youth person in their life
