The Sunnybrook COVID-19 Assessment Centre is located at 80 Armistice Drive. This building is located at the northern part of Sunnybrook's Bayview Campus, often called "The Estates."

Who can receive testing at Sunnybrook’s COVID-19 Assessment Centre?

Sunnybrook's Assessment Centre provides COVID-19 testing to adults and children over the age of one if they meet any of following criteria below, as per the Government of Ontario's guidelines. Please note: Appointments are required, as our centre no longer accepts walk-ins.

Note: We do not do COVID-19 tests for clearance before international travel or social events (ie. concerts or sporting events), as per government guidance to Ontario assessment centres. Please find more information here.

Have you had a known exposure to someone with COVID-19?

If you are NOT fully vaccinated (it has been less than 14 days since your second dose) and you have been exposed to someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19, you MUST self-isolate for a total of 10 days after your exposure, even if your test comes back negative. If your test is negative, please come back for another test on or after day 7 of your last exposure to the person who tested positive for COVID-19.

If you are fully vaccinated (it has been more than 14 days since your second dose of vaccine) but have any symptoms of COVID-19, self-isolate and get tested for COVID-19.

If you are fully vaccinated and you have no symptoms, please follow public health advice. Learn more on the Government of Ontario's website.
