Resources and support

Patient and Family Support services are available as part of your care to help you before, during and after treatment.

We offer a full range of free support from an expert team of social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, drug reimbursement specialists, clinical nutritionists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and spiritual care workers.

We can help you with a variety of services including:

  • Managing problems with eating
  • Dealing with changes in your health
  • Coping with stress and worry
  • Handling concerns about money and work
  • Managing daily activities at home
  • Finding options to cover your drug costs
  • Navigating the cancer system and accessing support
  • Returning to work

You are welcome to drop-in to our Patient and Family Support office located on the ground floor of Odette (T-wing, room TG-230), across from the radiation waiting area, near the stairs.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Call 416-480-4623.
