Help us improve care provided to patients in the Emergency Department

At Sunnybrook, we are on a continuous journey of quality improvement. We are looking for a person who has been a patient in our Emergency Department within the past two years to join our Emergency Department Quality Improvement Committee.

As a member of the committee, you will attend quarterly meetings and share your perspective on the patient and family experience of the ED as it relates to the overall quality of service and patient care.

You will help the committee identity where gaps or challenges are stemming from and advise on necessary changes. You will also review and provide feedback on quality improvement initiatives and policies.

Notes

The committee meets quarterly at Sunnybrook’s Bayview Campus. Meetings are held between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and are two hours in duration.
The cost of your parking or TTC fare will be reimbursed.
Membership on the committee is limited to a two-year term.
